We provide additional firearms training for school guardians.
Classes can be taken individually or included in an annual services agreement. All training is conducted at our Marble Falls range unless other arrangements have been made for local range.
Basic Handgun Operation
The basic operation class provides training for the operation of a handgun in CQC (Close Quarter Combat) situations. Training includes static and dynamic stances, using both eyes open, target sight and front sight, trigger and grip. Class is 6 hours.
Texas LTC (License To Carry)
This is a 6.5 hour class and is required to obtain a Texas LTC or to be a school guardian.
Intermediate handgun 1
This class provide instrcution on improving shooting accuracy in dynamic positions. Class is 8 hours.
intermediate handgun 2
This class builds on skills learned in the intermediate 1 class.
advanced handgun 1
This class includes advanced skills such as moving and shooting, shooting from cover, out of position shooting. Class is 8 hours.
advanced handgun 2
This class focuses on one handed and more complex skills including responding with team members and communicating. Includes room entry training. Class is 8 hours.
reality based sim training
This training occurs on the clients campus. We place guardians in a realistic shooting situation were they have to stop the shooter using sim rounds.
SRT (Special response team) training
This class is intended for schools who have a long law enforcement response time and need special training for rifle and handgun combo and room entry. 8 hours
